What could be more lovely than Paris in the springtime? Join the London to Paris cycle challenge this May and raise money to enhance one of UCLH's most ambitious building developments, the new cancer and surgery building. UCLH's latest development will be home to one of only two UK NHS centres for proton beam therapy, Europe's largest blood diseases centre and a short-stay surgery facility. We need to raise money to enhance the building, to make it the very best it can be for patients, families, carers and staff.
The London to Paris challenge takes place over four days from 2 - 5 May 2020. The route is one of the great cycle experiences Europe has to offer. Passing through picturesque Kent countryside, we cross the Channel and continue through the small villages and medieval market towns of northern France. With long days in the saddle and some strenuous hill-climbs, the sight of the Eiffel Tower, our finishing point, will evoke a real sense of achievement! The last day in Paris allows us to explore the sights and soak up the atmosphere of this wonderful city.
