A UCLH Christmas

There are lots of opportunities to become involved with UCLH at Christmas. Our events start on December 2nd and last until December 11th

Reflect – with a heart

Take time to reflect on the year gone by and on those we’ve shared it with. Write a message of thanks, support or remembrance on a reflective heart which will then be placed on one of the Christmas trees at each of our hospitals. Simply write your message and send it directly to us along with a suggested minimum donation of £5.

You can choose where your donation goes – to a particular clinical area, like Cancer or to a specific department or ward – write where you’d like your donation to go on your heart. Alternatively, we will use your donation where it is most needed.

Place your order by printing and completing this form or complete the online application here.

Come to the festive open event

Join us at our annual festive open event for mince pies, carols and the switching on of the
Christmas tree lights by a special guest in the University College Hospital atrium on Monday
3 December from 3pm – 5.15pm. You’ll also be able to see how UCLH Charity has supported patients, staff and research this year. There will also be the opportunity to buy Christmas cards, write reflective hearts which will be placed on our tree and see some of the amazing things we have planned for the future.

No need to book, just turn up!

Come to our carol concert

Swap your shopping bags for song sheets and join us in the heart of London’s west end for our second annual Christmas carol concert at the beautiful St Giles in the Fields on Tuesday 11 December. Join us from 6pm for a mince pie and mulled wine reception before the concert starts at 7pm.

Tickets are £20 – order using this form.

Christmas cards for a great cause

We have three different designs this year, two of which – the Penguin and the Christmas tree
– were the winning designs in our ‘Design a Christmas Card’ competition on our children’s wards. You can purchase a pack of 10 cards for a suggested donation of £5 per pack.
