Support for staff
Supporting the staff of UCL Hospitals is a key way of maintaining the highest standards:
  • Every year, medical and non-medical staff can apply for financial support to continue their studies:
    over the last 4 years more than 100 people have benefited from this
  • We helped to establish, and later to expand, a staff physiotherapy service within
    UCL Hospitals occupational therapy department, to keep staff fit and healthy
  • We organise and fund an annual Long Service Award ceremony to thank the
    Trust’s dedicated staff members
  • The staff sports and social club has been expanded and made
    accessible through a combination of grants and loans –
    again, supporting the health of the staff
